About The Company
Honeycomb Hospitality operates some of Toronto’s most vibrant dining and nightlife experiences. Baro is a multi-level restaurant and nightlife venue known for its dynamic atmosphere, rooftop energy, and event-driven programming. Petty Cash brings a bold, high-energy edge to King West with a strong late-night presence and loyal following.

About You
Abilities & Skills
- Strong photography and videography skills - you know how to shoot in low-light, high-energy environments.
- Confident editing short-form video for Reels, TikTok, and Stories.
- Comfortable managing social accounts end-to-end, not just contributing content.
- Highly organized and capable of consistent output.
- Self-motivated and able to execute without constant direction.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and during live events.
You move quickly. You understand trends. You know how to capture a moment without disrupting it.
Experience
- 2–4+ years managing social media accounts independently.
- Experience in hospitality, nightlife, restaurants, events, or entertainment strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to shoot and edit your own content.
- Experience growing reach, engagement, and audience on Instagram and TikTok.
Applicants must provide examples of accounts they personally managed and content they personally shot and edited.
About the Role
This is a high-energy, high-visibility role where you will be responsible for turning Baro and Petty Cash into consistent content engines.
You’ll be onsite regularly capturing live service, special events, behind-the-scenes moments, and weekend programming. You’ll edit and publish daily Stories and 3–4 posts or Reels per week while managing engagement and monitoring performance.
This is not a remote role. Restaurants and nightlife operate beyond traditional hours, and this position reflects that. Your schedule will flex around events and peak service nights. You will always receive your days off, though they may shift week to week.
Main responsibilities include:
- Capture photo and video during service and events.
- Edit short-form content with next-day turnaround.
- Publish daily Stories and 3–4 weekly posts or Reels.
- Manage captions, posting, and community engagement.
- Identify and adapt trends that align with the brand.
- Collaborate directly with ownership and operators.
- Track reach, engagement, growth, and performance metrics.
Success in this role means consistent output, measurable growth, and content that contributes to reservations, event visibility, and foot traffic.
Compensation
- Base salary in the range of $60,000 to $70,000 + performance-based upside
